SBE can screen every applicant resume for your position. We can tailor your package to have all suitable applicants sent through to you, to calling and scheduling your interviews. Your SBE Consultant can also promptly contact all unsuitable candidates and take care of all the administration issues for you.
Telephone screening can be conducted on those candidates whose resumes are deemed as suitable for the specified position, further narrowing down the field to find the most suited candidate for the position and saving more administration time.
Consultants experienced in effective interviewing techniques, including behavioural interviewing, will conduct interviews with candidates deemed as suitable from the telephone screen.
